'FULL BODY WORKOUT FOR BEGINNERS Here is the new video for the beginners and how should the first day at the gym look like.  FULL WORKOUT #WARMUP 1) Cycling (5-10 mins) 2) Jogging (5-10 mins) 3) Skipping (200-300 Jumps) 4) Mobility Warm Up 5) Push-ups (3 sets, 15-20 reps)  #RESISTANCE TRAINING 1) Bench Press (3 sets, 8-12 reps) 2) Pec Deck Fly (2 sets, 15 reps) 3) Lat pulldowns (4 sets, 8-12 reps) 4) Shoulder Military Press (4 sets, 6-10 reps) 5) Lateral Raises (3 sets, 12 reps) 6) EZ Barbell Biceps Curl (4 sets, 8-10 reps) 7) EZ Barbell Skull Crusher (4 sets, 8 reps) 8) Leg Extension (3 sets, 15-20 reps)  Do this for the 1st week of your training so as to make you comfortable with the exercises. Will be uploading more videos for beginners. Make sure to have your nutrition on point and eat clean.   Do some cardio on the TREADMILL after the workout for 20 mins.  STAY TUNED FOR MORE VIDEO!!!
